For long-term appreciation, DLF Phase 2 and Phase 4 remain the strongest plays despite higher entry prices. Rosewood City and Sushant Lok strike a middle ground.
Villas have historically delivered 10–15% annual appreciation in established Gurgaon colonies, with DLF Phase plots and gated-township villas outperforming the wider market.
